I have been a Massage Therapist for 4 years. I worked in Milwaukee, WI as a Therapist and a Massage Instructor at the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness; teaching all aspects of massage from anatomy and physiology, pathology, ethics and hands on massage skills. In November 2008 I moved back to the Green Bay area and started my own practice at Inspirit Therapy Associates. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Nationally Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and have a Certification in the state of Wisconsin.
Each massage is customized based on the needs and goals of the client. I can work on specific areas of tension in the body, or do a total body massage. I will use various techniques, including deep tissue work, stretching, breath work, and relaxation methods. The massage is all about you!
